Information we process
We process the information you enter into the document builder, including contact details, recipient details, claim or purchase facts, and requested resolution. We also process files you choose to upload, such as receipts, screenshots, photographs, and PDFs.
How information is used
We use the information you provide to create your preview, process checkout, generate your final PDF, provide the download in your browser, and respond to support requests. Do not upload information that is not needed for the document.
Temporary drafts and uploads
We automatically delete unfinished drafts and uploaded files after 24 hours.
Paid document delivery
If checkout is complete, your final PDF is available in your browser and in a secure link we email to you. This access is available for 14 days.
Payments
Payment is handled through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and are not stored by Refund Letter Generator.
Cookies and browser storage
We use browser storage to remember your draft while you complete checkout and download your document. Analytics should be configured to avoid collecting form text, file names, claim details, or other sensitive document content.
Security
We accept file types and sizes that match each step and only make final download available after checkout is completed. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
