Service
Refund Letter Generator creates digital documents from information supplied by the user. Available products may include a claim letter, warranty claim letter, and complete refund packet. Product contents and the one-time price are displayed before checkout.
No legal advice or guarantee
The service is a document-formatting and drafting tool. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, representation, or a guarantee that a merchant, insurer, manufacturer, or other recipient will grant a request.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and permitted use of all information and files you submit. You must review the final document before sending it and must not use the service to misrepresent facts, impersonate another person, or submit material you do not have the right to use.
Preview and payment
Your preview is watermarked. After checkout, the completed PDF is available in your browser. No account is required.
Digital delivery and billing issues
The purchased product is delivered as a downloadable PDF. If your browser session is interrupted, we also email a secure download link so you can access it again. The link is available for 14 days. Contact support@refundlettergenerator.com if payment is completed but the file cannot be downloaded.
Prohibited use
You may not attempt to bypass payment controls, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious content, use automated traffic that burdens the service, or use generated documents for fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Prices and product contents may change for future purchases. These terms may be updated by posting a revised effective date.
